 Day 364 (24.6.26), Folkstone to Canterbury, England

We drove from our campsite in Folkstone back to Dover, to see the White Cliffs of Dover. The cliffs are made of soft limestone – like chalk.

We had to do a long walk to get the viewpoint. In the distance we could also see Dover Castle. We also drove down to the beach to see the cliffs from below.

There wasn’t a lot of sand but there was a lot of big pebbles on the beach.

In the evening we went to Canterbury, had dinner and did a little sightseeing.
